Fat Burner
This is a place where I can monitor my weight loss. When my 3.5 year relationship ended so did my almost at my goal weight body. So here I am trying to get it back. Instead of sitting around drinking and eating my sorrows away I am taking an active and productive manner to shed the kilos.Start Date: 1st July 2008

I have decided to take this week off from doing my program at the gym. Instead I am just doing an hour of cardio a day and burning at least 500 cal. I am hoping that doing this I start to see some results that doesn't revolve around the scales going up. The evil fuckers are now reading 67. Yep you heard me that is a whole 10 kilos heavier in 3 months. I am going to stick with just trying to lose the extra fat I am carrying around. It doesn't help though that I am now getting sick. I will push through though.
I have gone a little while now with no chips which is amazing for me. I even chose soup for dinner the other night instead of wedges. Mind you wedges are better for you then chips ha ha. I can justify anything.
